Take the error-prone steps out of human hands

Most mistakes in a price list come from the same few steps: retyping numbers, keeping two versions in sync, and proofreading after an hour of tedious edits. So I redesigned the process to take those steps out of human hands. Nobody retypes a price. AI applies every change straight from the reviewer's markup, and only where the old value matches exactly. Anything unclear is flagged, not guessed. Both versions are built from one set of changes, so they can't drift apart.

Proofreading is no longer someone reading a page and hoping to spot a slip. The finished files are checked against the markup, change by change, before anything goes out. That frees me to focus on what a checklist can't cover. In this round, that was an outdated version number the reviewer never marked. The result is a repeatable process where the tedious, error-prone work is handled by the system, and my attention goes to the calls only I can make.
